The AliDeck Low Joist was used to build a new framework to support the deck surface. With the Low Joist mounted on its side, an enhanced span of up to 1500mm is achievable due to the additional strength gained when used on this axis.
As drainage is taken care of via the building’s waterproof membrane, our 30mm Senior Decking Boards were used without drainage channels or guttering. With the framework in situ, installation of the aluminium decking boards was a simple and quick process to complete the refurbishment project.
