AliDeck operates its own fleet of delivery vehicles to ensure reliable, efficient service across the UK. We offer three flexible delivery options tailored to your project needs: our preferred own-fleet Flatbed and HIAB services, along with Moffett deliveries available through trusted partners for extended coverage.

Flatbed

Our Standard Service

Material is delivered on our own flatbed lorry and unloaded by the customer using their own forklift or by handballing. Perfect for sites with adequate unloading equipment.

HIAB

Our Premium Service

Material is delivered on our own flatbed lorry with an attached HIAB crane unit. Unloading to kerbside is performed by our delivery driver. More expensive than Flatbed, but ideal for sites without unloading equipment.

Extended Coverage

Moffett

Third-Party Service

For deliveries further afield we can provide delivery via a group of trusted 3rd Party partners. We can also offer Moffett truck-mounted forklift options through our partners for where space is limited on site. Material is delivered on a flatbed lorry with an attached Moffett truck-mounted forklift. Unloading to kerbside is performed by the delivery driver.

Important Information

Access Requirements: For all delivery options, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that adequate access for unloading is available on the date arranged for delivery. When a delivery fails due to inadequate access, redeliveries are charged at full rates.

Collection from our facility: Collection from our Rochester, Kent location is possible, but with the following conditions:

Collections must be completed by 2pm and will be refused if arriving later
The collection must be performed in a vehicle of the appropriate size for the material
Collection will be refused if a small vehicle arrives to collect long lengths of decking boards, joists, etc.
There is no provision for ad-hoc customer cutting on-site
