This project in Sidcup is now complete, with BMA Contractors Ltd replacing rotten timber across the scheme with AliDeck’s SNR Flat Board, Low Joist and AliClad Flow soffit, all project managed by WPS for L&Q.
It’s another example of the AliDeck approach in action. Each call off went out with materials wrapped per balcony, and our team worked with the installers to get the soffit board orientation right on the trickier L shaped balconies.
Our Technical Sales Manager, Scarlett Tasker, was there for the original site survey and resident meetings, and saw the progress first hand between call offs, so it’s been brilliant to see this one through to the finish.
