AliDeck are thrilled to once again be partnering with our good friends at Lawtech Group, a leading principal contractor in the UK for facade remediation works, with our latest cost-effective refurbishment project currently underway at Galleria Court in Peckham, London.

Galleria Court has many private balconies and terrace decks marked for EWS1 upgrades, bringing them in line with current regulations. Work will take across various phases with AliDeck supplying a variety of our cost-effective aluminium decking and balcony component solutions to create a fire-safe and futureproof environment as required in BS 8579:2020.

Our Junior and Senior decking boards will be accompanied by a mixture of our low and lite joists, with pedestal brackets and spreader plates to create complete balcony solutions for the building and its leaseholders. Galleria Court provides some stunning views across the rejuvenated area of Peckham and greater London.

AliDeck Head of Sales Provides Close Collaboration to Ensure Precision Accuracy on Complex Project

AliDeck Head of Sales, Paul Townsend, has been collaborating closely with Giselle Sabino from Lawtech on what proved to be an extremely complex project during the planning phase. Galleria Court has required many hours of careful attention to detail to ensure that the specification is completely accurate.

Through close attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring accurate specification was delivered, Paul has been essential to the planning for this project. The project is on track to be completed in summer 2023, with residents eagerly anticipating their new outdoor living space.
