Part of a major regeneration project in Manchester, AliDeck supplied non-combustible aluminium decking for balconies across a 22-storey private-rented sector scheme in the Gore Street development. We provided our 20mm Junior Balcony Board in standard, ridged specification and coloured textured grey.
This was a major project for AliDeck on a prestigious development led by Sir Robert McAlpine. Our friends at Dearneside Fabrications secured the balcony package for the development and we worked closely together to couple our a-rated metal decking boards to their stylish steel bolt-on balcony designs.

This mixed-use development is located on a major route into Manchester, bounded by Trinity Way and Chapel Street. Creating 375 PRS apartments alongside commercial and retail space, the Gore Street project is part of a recent boom in PRS projects across Manchester recently.
