The AliRail outer-mounted Juliet balconies supplied for Cedar House were manufactured to provide residents with both safety and style. AliRail’s strength lies in its versatility—its clean lines and fully non-combustible aluminium construction make it the ideal system for developers seeking a cost-effective yet premium balcony solution.

A key feature of this project was the supply of bespoke aluminium coping for the terrace parapet walls. Unlike our standard product lines, this coping was manufactured to the exact non-standard specifications laid out in the drawings. By adapting to the project’s unique requirements, we demonstrated how AliDeck’s systems can be tailored to overcome design challenges while still achieving the highest levels of compliance with BS 8579:2020 and Building Safety Regulator guidance.

In addition, the powder-coated finish applied in-house ensures long-lasting protection against the elements, with a minimum 60-year life expectancy and compliance with the fire performance classifications of A2-s1, d0. This not only ensures safety but also delivers peace of mind for developers and leaseholders alike.
