Qualicoat is the global benchmark for powder-coating on architectural aluminium. Securing Qualicoat accreditation required over six months of stringent testing, inspections, and audits conducted by Zurich-based Qualicoat representatives.

The process included:

• 1,000 hours of acetic acid salt spray testing (AliDeck voluntarily triples this to over 3,000 hours for additional durability assurance).
• Pressure and impact resistance testing to prove coating strength.
• Full audits of storage, record-keeping, and independent test results.
• Unannounced factory visits to ensure continuous compliance.

By consistently operating above the required standard, AliDeck has demonstrated a dedication to excellence that goes beyond certification.

While many manufacturers outsource powder-coating overseas, AliDeck is unique in carrying out the process entirely in-house. This provides three major advantages:
