NS Engineering began by removing all timber elements, exposing the existing steel subframes for inspection and preparation. Both boards feature a concealed-fixing system, ensuring a clean aesthetic and reducing trip hazards. Their A2-s1, d0 fire rating offers essential peace of mind, meeting BS 8579:2020 and the latest Building Regulations.

The Ultra Board’s integrated drainage system made it ideal for high-traffic areas, while the Lite Board was used for smaller balconies, offering a lighter profile without compromising strength. Together, these products provided a tailored solution across the development.
