After receiving an email or telephone enquiry, Kizzy and Hattie will jump straight into action with no hesitation to understand all aspects of the project with the client. Taking into consideration the project specification, location, usage, cost and installation factors, our sales team will then supply you with a quote, and will include any important supporting information required such as fire certification or product datasheets, and even work with our design department to produce bespoke drawings to guide the correct use of our products.

Once a quote has been issued, the sales team will stay in touch with you to make sure that you have everything you need to go ahead and to help you develop your specification if needed. Once you’re ready to place your order, Kizzy and Hattie will go through all the steps necessary to open your account, place the order, and then liase with our operations team to arrange stock supply and then delivery.
