The fourth and sixth-floor terraces at Kylna Court, key communal spaces, required more than just immediate fixes; they needed a long-lasting, sustainable upgrade. Addressing these needs, AliDeck provided a holistic solution with our innovative Junior Ridged Board, renowned for its non-slip attributes and resilience.

Complementing this were our Low Joist and Adjustable Pedestal Brackets, forming a reliable and long-lasting foundation. These elements collectively ensured a solution that was not only effective immediately but also sustainable for the future, fully aligned with the stringent A2-s1, d0 fire safety standards.

An integral part of our solution for Kylna Court was our in-house powder-coating process. We meticulously coated the Junior Ridged Boards, achieving an etching of 2 grams per square metre, which ensures supreme quality and longevity. Adhering to the Qualicoat Seaside Standard, this process significantly enhanced the durability and aesthetic appeal of the decking, making it ideal for the demanding conditions at Kylna Court.

By choosing AliDeck’s Junior Ridged Decking Board and accompanying systems, Kylna Court benefited from a non-combustible, aesthetically pleasing solution that ensured residents’ safety and comfort. In collaboration with Michael Dyson Architects, we designed custom seating areas and planters, enhancing the communal spaces’ utility and appeal.

The terraces were transformed into inviting communal spaces, encouraging social interaction, and enhancing the overall living experience. Our approach also ensured full compliance with BS 8579:2020, guaranteeing a futureproof investment for the property.

The Kylna Court project is a testament to AliDeck’s commitment to delivering innovative, safe, and cost-effective balcony solutions. Our expertise in providing compliant, non-combustible products like the Decking Board demonstrates our ability to lead in the development of advanced balcony systems in the UK.
