Latest AliDeck Feature in September issue of Housing Association Magazine covers a recent Crayford remediation project

It has been great to see one of our recent remediation case studies featured in the September issue of Housing Association Magazine.

The case study provides an in-depth overview of how the combustible and decaying timber decking boards were placed at this Wandle Housing Association Apartment Block, following the need for waterproofing repairs across the exterior walls of the building. Partnering with our highly respected Approved Installers, Alu-Installations, the rotting timber decking was swiftly replaced on all balconies and the terrace with our aluminium decking boards.

The leaseholders were extremely positive about the switch, and they can now look forward using such a valuable outdoor living facility once more. Aluminium Decking continues to become the de facto standard for balconies, terraces and walkways as the switch to non-combustible and futureproof solutions continues to grip the construction industry and housing market post-Grenfell.
